How to use your Topbloemen gift card:

Step 1. 
Choose your favorite bouquet and add any extra accessories or cheerful gifts. Is your order worth more than your gift card? No worries — you can always pay the difference if needed!

Step 2. 
Happy with your selection? Then follow all the steps in the checkout process. On the “Checkout” page, select the payment method Gift card. So do not choose “Add voucher.”

Step 3. 
Enter your 19-digit gift card number and PIN, then follow the remaining steps to complete your payment.

Step 4.
Not enough balance on your gift card? You can easily pay the remaining amount with one of the other available payment methods, such as iDeal. 

Step 5. 
Complete your payment with your gift card (and any additional payment). You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Enjoy your radiant bouquet!

Having trouble? Good to know:

Order not completed?
If your order is not completed, your gift card will be temporarily blocked. After about 1 hour, it will automatically be released again, and you’ll be able to use it for your order.

Not enough balance on your gift card?
After your partial payment with the gift card, you can easily pay the remaining amount using one of the other available payment methods, such as iDeal. If you don’t do this, your order will not be completed, and your gift card will be temporarily blocked. After about 1 hour, it will automatically be released again and can be used for your order.

Paying with multiple gift cards?
Got more than one gift card? Lucky you! You can use multiple gift cards for a single order. After your first partial payment with a gift card, select “Gift card” again. Repeat this as many times as needed.

Balance remaining?
Any remaining balance will stay on your card for your next purchase.
