Placing your order

Placing an order with Topbloemen.nl is easy, quick and simple. By following the 3-step plan, which navigates you through the website, an order is placed in no time. These 3 steps look like this:


Step 1:

Choose the desired product and quantity. If desired you can add a card including a personal message. Then place the selected product in your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. Now a page with additional products will appear from which you can choose. Add an extra product if desired and then click on next. You will see the order reflected in a summary.


Step 2:

Next you fill in the details of the delivery address. After you have done this you can select a desired delivery date. On Monday to Thursday you can place an order for delivery the next day until 20:00. On Friday and Saturday you can place an order until 17:00 (orders on Saturday will be delivered on Monday). Delivery is possible from Monday to Saturday (a preferred time for delivery is unfortunately not possible). Then click on 'next'.

Step 3:

Next is an overview of your order. You indicate whether you want to order for private or business use and then fill in your details. Then choose the desired payment method. Payment is possible through iDEAL, Credit Card, AfterPay or your PayPal account. If you order for business purposes it is possible to pay afterwards by invoice. Then click on 'pay order' to make the payment and complete the order. After the payment has succeeded, your order is completed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes.


Payment method

You can pay Topgeschenken.nl in the following ways: 


iDeal is fast, simple and a secure online payment through your own bank. Do you use internet banking at your bank or do you have a banking app on your mobile or tablet? Then you can easily arrange your payment online. You select the bank you are affiliated with and then you will be redirected to your online banking or banking app to make the payment.


Your credit card information is securely transmitted through our payment partner Adyen and not stored. Topgeschenken.nl accepts the following creditcards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express


For payments through Paypal you need a Paypal account. Using Paypal you can easily pay using your email address. You can link your Paypal account to your bank account.


Do you wish to pay after delivery? This is possible with Riverty. When you choose Riverty, you will receive an email with a payment request a few days after your order. This way you can easily make the payment afterwards. Riverty carries out the entire payment process for Topgeschenken.nl. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Riverty via e-mail to pay for the purchased product.

To approve the request for payment, AfterPay performs a data check. Riverty has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that the request for payment is not authorized, then you can of course pay the purchased product with another payment method. You can always contact Riverty with your questions. For more information we refer you to the consumer section of the Riverty website.


On account

As a business client of Topgeschenken.nl, it is possible to order by invoice. To do this, you will need to create a one-time business account for which we need a Chamber of Commerce number. You can request payment on account in step 3 of the ordering process. After filling in additional information our sales department will contact you and activate the payment on account option.

Here's how paying with a gift card works:

Step 1. 
Choose a beautiful bouquet and follow all the steps.

Step 2. 
Choose Gift Card for the payment method.

Step 3. 
Enter the long barcode number + the PIN code behind the scratch layer and follow the further steps to complete your order. 

If an order is not completed, your gift card may be temporarily deactivated. After about 2 hours these are automatically released and you can still use them in your order

Do you have a shortage of balance on the gift card?
Then you can pay the remaining amount after your partial payment with the gift card with, for example, iDeal. If you do not do this, your order will not be completed and after a while (usually after 2 hours) the balance will be put back on your gift card. You can then try again at a later time.

Paying with multiple gift cards?
That's possible. After your partial payment with your first gift card, you choose Gift Voucher again. Repeat if you have any more gift cards.

Balance left?
The remaining balance remains on the card for a subsequent purchase.
