The Feudo Montoni Grillo della Timpa comes from Italy, from the region of Sicily. It is a dry, white, straw yellow wine with aromas of yellow peach and apricot and floral and spicy notes. 
The taste contains fresh acidity, a nice bitterness, a long, soft aftertaste with a touch of muscat.
This winery works completely biodynamically.
