Indulgence of the highest order, this Spanish, white and red organic wine with beautiful packaging! This wine has a special label and name, designed especially for Neleman by a young designer with a nod to his thoughts on wine. These wines are organic and vegan.
White wine:
The wine is a combination of four grape varieties: 70% verdil, 10% chardonnay, 10% viognier and 10% sauvignon blanc.
Raised on new French oak. Full and creamy, powerful and especially spicy aromas, partly due to the blend of 4 grape varieties and the wood aging. You taste a lot of ripe, tropical fruits like apples and pears, but this wine also tastes floral and slightly spicy.
This wine can be served very well with dishes with capers, olives, tomatoes and vegan cheese, but even without food it is blissful bubbly with this top wine.
Red wine:
From the first sip you are welcomed by the full aroma and flavor of dark red fruits like blueberries and plums, spices, a bit of vanilla, cocoa and violets that give it that super surprising twist. You also taste the soft tannins of the new, French oak, on which this red organic wine has been aged for 14 months. The wine has a lovely, long finish.
It is fantastic with sweet bites and dishes like Black Forest Kirsch and bowl (at Christmas), but also with some spicy, herbal food like fried rice, truffle risotto, pasta with tomato sauce and with perennial (vegan) cheese.
