Mistletoe Tea
Mistletoe tea should be cold-brewed to preserve the healthy substances in the leaves. Use 1 teaspoon per 250 ml of water. It’s best to let the infusion sit overnight in the refrigerator and enjoy it the next day, cold or slightly warmed to a maximum of 40°C. The advice is to drink 1 to 2 cups of mistletoe tea per day.
